Bench Training

Benching went well today. On my current program I am at a point where every work set for bench is a rep PR.  

 

Paused close grip bench: 275X1 285X2setsX4reps 285X2setsX3reps

Close grip "speed" bench: 265X6setsX3reps

Paused wide grip bench: 240X3setsX6reps

Then I moved on to some kettlebell incline pressing and pullups. 

 

Tomorrow I squat.
