ABOUT ME
My name is Erica, and I specialize in functional movement. I love teaching and coaching my athletes. I keep my classes small, to allow me to correct and assess movement patterns and help my athletes stay safe. Every class is catered to the specific needs of the participants. Over the past 10 years, I have spent significant time studying with top trainers and being a student of fitness. My goal is to help my athletes train in safe and effective ways so they will move better, get stronger and enjoy exercising.
