March Madness

I am not sure how a few weeks of not blogging turned into a few months.  But I am back.  The holidays came and went and we just finished up our Birthday season.  It seemed like the holiday chaos took over and then the birthday chaos took over and now I am finally settling in. 

Training has been going good.  Actually it has been going great.  I worked my conventional Deadlift for a few months and came back with a 15lb PR on my sumo (365lbs).  I have been following the Cube Method and was able to get my bench press up to 185lbs.  Now my squat on the other hand, I worked on some technique in my squat.  I deloaded and I worked high repetitions.  When I started back in my squat my body didn't feel right and my squat felt off.  So I hired a coach.  He is one of the strongest men I have ever seen and he is doing some online coaching with me.  I am really excited to see what happens in the next 12 weeks.  I'm really hoping my squat finds its sweet spot.
